    Hello Sir, Have a good day! If a device isn’t belonged to FDS, the device can operate within the frequency band 57-71GHz which comply with CFR 15.255(c)(1), does the device need PAG? Can you clarify it in the KDB 364244? Does the equipment class can be DXX? Thank you for your time!
