    For the Fixed client device (6FC) , it has low power level(ex: 23dBmEIRP average power) for neccesary communication to standard power AP . It is similar as CBSD-CBSD initialization fixed wireless CBRS service . Initial transmission between BTS-CBSD and CPE-CBSD will be allowed in- band when following the proper procedures. Otherwise , 6FC can;t register AFC. Leo Huang /Sporton
