  Section 2.3 (3): Request to include additional verbiage as follows: "The qualifying conditions for using the area scan based 1-g SAR must also be included in the SAR report, either with the data, in the plots, OR BY INCLUDING AN ADJACENT PARAGRAPH CONTAINING SUFFICIENT EXPLANATION."
