Section 6.1: Please considering adding a table somewhere in the KDB that clearly summarizes the required phantom SAR test separation distances vs. device type/configuration. There is often difficulty with manufactures understanding the appropriate test distances as the information is located in multiple areas and/or documents.

For the module intended to be integrated into Tablet, and the RF cable is required to connect the module RF port and the antenna, and the antenna is intended to be in the edge/back region of tablet (within 5mm to the outer housing). In draft KDB 447498 section 4.1, item#5 last paragraph, “However, for incorporation into different host products the operational separation distance with respect to the outer housing or antenna, according to the above, must not exceed the test separation distance.” Can you please kindly clarify whether FCC is actually requesting 0mm separation distance for module SAR testing?
