  The SDR process has gone thru several revisions with the changes proposed by the FCC addressing issues that needed clarification. Given that the FCC has allowed the TCB's to review this for well over a year, Cisco recommends that this current process be used to justify the removal of SDR approval from the PBA process at this time and we request the FCC to consider amending this to allow approval of SDR by TCB w/o the PBA process.
