  Gentlemen. After several years doing measurement on a variety of various complex modulation devices, I have become a big fan of slower sweep speeds. For both your Conducted and Radiated power measurements using trace averaging, I would like to reccomend a maximum sweep speed of 1sec/100KHz. This should not slow down the laboratorys significantly, but as technology evolves I believe it will add an extra measure of confidence to the trace averaging methodologies specified in this draft procedure.
