Just a couple of concerns: Item D2 - if a device is small enough to wrap your hand around, it is likely also small enough to drop in the pocket. Therfore it will be RF category "Portable" and may need SAR test. Item I3 - I am confused. How is it expected the Grantee Name is an issue? Are you saying that the Grantee Name be within this free-form field in addition to the Grant? Item W - Too broad as presented. I believe we need more than a simple sentence. This has become a very involved topic. I suggest that several sample examples be included i.e: Unlicensed host simultaneously transmitting with Licensed module; Two Licensed modules incorporated into a new chassis configuration with antennas closer than 20cm; Transmitters used within an aircraft to provide broadband communications; etc. Thanks.
