Explanation
Please explain in the area below why an STA is necessary:
To authorize Falcon launch vehicle communications for SpX-6 commercial re-supply run to ISS, from Complex 40, Cape Canaveral AFS. Includes first-stage sub-orbital flight, and second-stage orbital flight. Trajectory data TBP directly to NTIA, USAF, and NASA. Also includes experimental first-stage landing ops at sea, downrange of the launch site (uplink from boat/barge). Launch planning date is NET 08 APR 2015. Launch licensing authority is FAA/AST.
