Applicant wishes to recreate the original demonstration FM broadcast of Major E.H. Armstrong using period equipment on a Part 90 frequency of 42.8 Mhz. Purpose will be to commemorate the 70th anniversary of Major Armstrongs first experimental wide-band FM broadcast.
