Please explain in the area below why an STA is necessary:
SES GS is developing a small form factor platform that will support antennas capable of communicating with SESs Ka-band spectrum satellites operated in non-geostationary orbit by O3b Limited. The platform will serve as proof of concept for a government end user who is interested in the low latency aspect of this transmission and the small form factor. SES GS is seeking experimental authority to demonstrate and assess the use of this antenna to support various applications including disaster response, Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance technologies and other applications designed to support U.S. government and non-governmental organizations.

Purpose of Operation
Please explain the purpose of operation:  SES GS seeks to test and demonstrate the antenna identified below and to evaluate its capabilities to support US Government requirements from fixed locations throughout the continental United States. The demonstrations will enable SES GS and its customers to evaluate the performance characteristics of the earth stations and associated applications See attached narrative.

Class of Station: FX
