To procure Frequency Authorization for Radar Cross Section Analysis of a military aircraft utilizing the QuarterBranch RM2 Radar.

Purpose of Operation
Please explain the purpose of operation:  Resonant Sciences (FRN 0031903891) has been contracted by the US Special Operations Command to perform an RCS Analysis of a military owned and operated aircraft. This activity is planned to be executed from Clinton Sherman Airport near Clinton, OK. The specific airfield location for RCS Analysis operations will be on the 800 x 5,000 ramp located to the east of the main runway. Actual planned dates for RCS Analysis execution are the week of 6-10 Jun, but am also requesting the week either side of those dates (30 May-5 Jun & 11-17 Jun) for any unexpected scheduling/aircraft availability changes. Also, we will be conducting at Site Survey where we will be radiating during the period of 9-13 May 2022. This will be a ground only test. There will be no associated flight assessment.
