Purpose of Operation
Please explain the purpose of operation:  Testing in the 2.5 GHz band in order to determine the propagation characteristics and real-world throughput of operations. Applicant seeks an STA for experimental authority to undertake testing in the 2.5 GHz band in order to determine the propagation characteristics and real-world throughput of operations in this band. Applicant will operate in spectrum allocated to the Educational Broadband Service (EBS). The EBS spectrum is unassigned in all of the geographic areas in which applicant seeks to undertake testing.
