Application is for a launch vehicle. Frequency request is made in accordance with FCC table of frequency allocations note US276. This STA will support three orbital test launches. The RF activity for each flight will last less than 6 hours (more likely less than 2 hours) making a longer duration authorization unnecessary

STA request is for 3 digital downlink channels (again per allocation table note US276); provision of channels for 1st stage, 2nd stage, video. Note: not all channels may be used pending final vehicle configuration.
