Please explain in the area below why an STA is necessary:
Straight Path Spectrum, LLC (Straight Path) holds a sizable footprint of licensed mmWave spectrum and is working with radio vendors to develop and prove an effective competitively advantaged backhaul solution to employ its spectrum assets for wireless networks.

Purpose of Operation
Please explain the purpose of operation:  Straight Path will create point-to-multipoint links between an Access Point (AP) and a Remote Terminal (RT) in Herriman, UT to evaluate point-to-multipoint technology in a wide open topology.
