Explanation
Please explain in the area below why an STA is necessary:
The STA is necessary so that DopplerTech can support the US Air Force and Lawrence Livermore National Laboratories KEP warhead test at Holloman AFB Alomogordo NM. The test is scheduled for the first week in October 2012. The radars are not government owned so they cannot be granted a JF-12. The data collection methods and data analysis for this type of test are DopplerTech proprietary proven (on previous blast tests) methods which is required for success of this US Air Force program. DopplerTech is in the process of applying for an experimental license, but the processing time may take longer than when the radars are required on this test.

Purpose of Operation
Please explain the purpose of operation:  The purpose of the operation is collect critical blast separation velocity data. The purpose of the operation is collect critical blast separation velocity data on a US Air Force warhead test utilizing 2 DopplerTech CW radars: 1. Raptor 450 (450 watt CW radar @10 GHz) 2. Raptor 80 (80 watt CW radar @ 10 GHz)
