Please explain in the area below why an STA is necessary:
This STA is to support a 5 month experimental evaluation of a new small cell approach to provide wireless capacity to stadium enviornments where increasing traffic densities exceed more traditional Macrocellular base stations. This trial will use prototype small cell equipment to test deployment strategies and procedures. Due to the limited timeframe, the STA is appropriate rather than an experimental license.
