Please explain in the area below why an STA is necessary:
There are insufficient video bandwidth microwave channels and licensable narrowband operations frequencies for video production, operations, security and coordination of video production operations at this major sailing event in the vicinity of San Diego, California. The Americas Cup World Series Event is a short-term event that will include intensive video production and requires extensive operational coordination.

Purpose of Operation
Please explain the purpose of operation:  The purpose of this operation is to permit video production, and to coordinate operations and security for the Americas Cup World Series Sailboat Race in the vicinity of San Diego, California in the bay and harbor area.
