Explanation
Please explain in the area below why an STA is necessary:
We are conducting an experiment to evaluate and demonstrate the range and throughput of a UMTS cellular based system mounted to a fixed Aerostat. Please note the original request was for 0577-EX-ST-2010 which had been approved, but we needed to postpone it. This is at a new location, but close to the original request.

Purpose of Operation
Please explain the purpose of operation:  Testing The operation is an experiment demonstrating the capabilities of the system to a potential customer. This is a follow up to STA 0090-EX-ST-2011 which we were unable to finish do to complications with the Aerostat.
