Explanation
Please explain in the area below why an STA is necessary:
This request is necessary to permit testing of a modified airborne transmitter for the ARL system in order to resume operations in Korea. The sooner the testing can be completed, the sooner the system can resume operational status.

Purpose of Operation
Please explain the purpose of operation:  To test and analysis of ground moving targets with Synthetic Aperture Radar. The testing required for this STA involves detection and analysis of ground moving targets with this Synthetic Aperture Radar as well as fixed (stationary) targets in open and urban settings.
