Please explain in the area below why an STA is necessary:
Motorola Solutions, Inc., hereby respectfully requests experimental license authority beginning February 15, 2011, to operate in the 758-768/788-798 MHz band for the purpose of engineering testing in connection with the development of Long term Evolution (LTE) broadband equipment for the 700 MHz band. The testing will be conducted from up to three sites in the vicinity of the Motorola Solutions Schaumburg, Illinois headquarters.
