STA is necessary in order to use RADAR technology for testing.

Purpose of Operation
Please explain the purpose of operation:  Training and Operational assessments: Xator Corp supports the U.S. Department of State with diplomatic security services at their embassies abroad. The licensure requests will be used to support the operational training, trouble shooting and maintenance of RF systems. Additionally, Xator will periodically evaluate systems for potential fielding. Our primary site for the training and operational assessments will be conducted out of our facility at the Xator, Summit Point Training Facility in Summit Point, WV.
