Please explain the purpose of operation:  Simulate a High Power CBRS scenario in the field to evaluate the effects of High Power operations in CBRS band. Under the temporary FCC license, DISH Wireless would like to conduct field experiments to evaluate: 1. Coverage/Throughput/Spectral Efficiency improvement with High Power CBRS operations 2. Impact to current GAA/PAL operations in terms of Base Station/UE blocking, if any 3. Impact to current GAA/PAL operations if the in-band emission requirement of -25 dBm/MHz is waived to align with adjacent C-Band
