Please explain in the area below why an STA is necessary:
For temporary video transmissions during the Volvo Ocean Race held in Newport, RI from April 20th to May 30th, 2023.

Purpose of Operation
Please explain the purpose of operation:  To provide temporary video broadcasting for the Volvo Ocean Race held in Newport, RI. Video Transmissions will be held from a Radio Camera Chase Boat, Helicopter Downlink, Handheld Videos, and Onborad Radio Cameras. Tranmissions will occur offshore and be broadcast to a rooftop at Fort Adams staging arae onshore. The Helicopter will fly at a elevation of 3000 feet or less and will limit its transmission to offshore only.
