Purpose of Operation
Please explain the purpose of operation:  The testing conducted by Leidos is a critical part of the manufacture and delivery of military systems provided to the Armed Forces in support of Homeland Security as well as war efforts. Leidos is performing ground and flight testing of an aircraft and associated integrated systems under a government contract to support national security. Altitude is 12497 meters AGL.
