Applicant is a video production company which provides video for broadcast, satellite broadcast and cablecast of sporting and other events. Applicant has certain LTTS, BAS and private wireless licenses for this purpose. However, the spectrum usage in many major cities and the limited available spectrum for these events makes it necessary to make coordinated, temporary use of additional channels in the vicinity of 3.4 GHz. This is necessary to have sufficient video relay from RF cameras at the event listed on this application.
