Explanation
Please explain in the area below why an STA is necessary:
Application is for an orbital launch vehicle. Frequency request is made in accordance with FCC table of frequency allocations notes US303, US276, and US245; as well as the 2013 NPRM. This application will cover a single flight of the Terran-1, Block 1 launch vehicle with an estimated 12 hours of frequency usage throughout the launch campaign, including ground testing in preparation for launch. An STA is required to authorize these transmissions.

Purpose of Operation
Please explain the purpose of operation:  Relativity is developing the fully 3D-printed Terran-1 as an expendable two-stage launch vehicle powered by liquid natural gas (LNG) and liquid oxygen (LOX). This experimental STA application requests the use of two telemetry downlinks and one radar beacon downlink, with details provided in our attached Memo.
