Regards Tony Serafini Please also find below statement from Mr Turner: Aaron M. Turner Frequency Action Officer - FAO Military District of Washington (MDW) / National Capital Region (NCR) “They say the [dismissal] is an automated response the customer receives from FCC when submitting a STA request involving Part 15 devices. The requestor needs to contact the FCC and advise them that they intend to operate on an Army Military Installation and they need something in writing from FCC stating that the equipment, they are planning to radiate, operates within the parameters certified under FCC Part 15 rules and parameters and that the equipment has not been modified. Army requires some type of frequency authorization/approval for RF devices operating on Army Installations and has not been processed via the DOD SSA process”.

Purpose of Operation
Please explain the purpose of operation:  Demonstrate to USSOCOM the Xaver 40 Through Wall Radar. Sense Through The Wall (STTW) systems should determine whether a structure is occupied and enable situational awareness of known and unknown. personnel posture in a variety of structures.
