Explanation
Please explain in the area below why an STA is necessary:
We request the use 20 MHz channel from 3.53-3.55 GHz in Buncombe, Mitchell and Yancey counties in Western North Carolina to support Hurricane Helene recover efforts. We have permission from the licensee of the I and J blocks for 3.45 GHz, Weminuche L.L.C. This will be for a duration of 3 weeks.

Purpose of Operation
Please explain the purpose of operation:  NxGenComm LLC is deploying 5G base stations that will provide cellular connectivity for disaster relief personnel includes North Carolina State and Federal Government Personnel. There will be no more are no more than 6 sites distributed across these 3 counties. The coverage area per site will vary depending on the terrain.
