Explanation
Please explain in the area below why an STA is necessary:
Tampa Electric is installing a private LTE system using Anterix 900Mhz spectrum. However, the spectrum is being cleared by Anterix with incumbents. The STA is needed in order to test the Core to RAN functionality. Consent and notification will be communicated with incumbents prior to any use.

Purpose of Operation
Please explain the purpose of operation:  The operation will be used for testing purposes only. No production traffic will be done as part of the STA. Tampa Electric is under contract with Anterix for the 900Mhz spectrum but it wont be available to us until after our RAN sites and Core are awaiting validation. Tampa Electric is implementing an Private LTE network for Grid Modernization purposes. This is to communicate with field devices such as reclosers, line sensors, capbank controllers etc for resiliency and self-healing network capabilities for our customers. The new cellular network is needed to communicate to more than 10k devices that is anticipated in service by 2030.
