Explanation
Please explain in the area below why an STA is necessary:
HTC plans to set up a O-RAN 5G SA based Private 5G demo at AUSA Washington DC event in Washington, DC to showcase HTC Private 5G with HTC VR headsets to demonstrate low latency design and collaboration use cases. HTC would like to have a neutral site STA experimental licensing using n78 before developing n48 Radio Unit (RU).

Purpose of Operation
Please explain the purpose of operation:  5G SA Private 5G is used to show case HTC Private 5G cloud Edge based Virtual Reality (VR) solution to US enterprise customers. The HTC private 5G ORAN platform (RU, DU/CU, and 5GC) coupled with HTC Focus 3 HMDs and HTC edge server running HTC VBS rendering software will be used to demonstrated HTC unique algorithm to support high number of concurrent VR streams over limited bandwidth (100MHz).
