Please explain in the area below why an STA is necessary:
STA is necessary in order to utilize experimental RF video cameras in connection with the production of video for the Major League Baseball postseason playoff games during the period October 12 through November 2, 2024. Insufficient video bandwidth channels exist in the frequency ranges for which the applicant has an LTTS license in this market in licensed LTTS bands, especially during this event. Exceptionally low transmitter power will be used, entirely within the enclosed event venues, where a high degree of attenuation will occur. See attached narrative.
