Applicant intends to conduct a short-term experimentation to determine the feasibility of a communications capability.

Purpose of Operation
Please explain the purpose of operation:  Applicant intends to conduct proof of concept operations to determine feasibility of the development of remote operations on different customer platforms. This effort will rely upon communications links from a VSAT to the Galaxy 18 spacecraft as a satellite point of communication. Antennas will be mounted on the roof of a building on the applicants campus and will have access limited to only essential personnel, to eliminate any unintended human exposure.
