Requesting use of CNPC spectrum in the 5030 - 5091 MHz band which is allocated for aviation use, but requires pre-coordination under current FCC rules. A single channel centered at 5046.085 MHz is being requested for use in a UAS demonstration flight between Mojave (KMHV) and Edwards AFB (KEDW) as part of the Agile Flag 24-3 exercise. A single airborne radio will communicate with two fixed ground radio stations located within a 10NM radius of KMHV and KEDW.
