Silvus Technologies, Inc., is demonstrating new microwave emission technologies for the United States Army IBCS & STS as it relates to data coherency, propagation, data throughput, vehicle integration and impact

Purpose of Operation
Please explain the purpose of operation:  Grant of the instant request for STA for the 2.2GHz band and 4.5GHz band would serve the public interest by enabling Silvus Technologies, Inc., to demonstrate the reliability of their emission scheme as it relates in a ground-based exercise in a wireless MIMO/MANET configuration. The proposed service would enable demonstration of the Streamcaster SC4480 transceiver / antenna array in a terrestrial exercise.
