Please explain in the area below why an STA is necessary:
Keysight in collaboration with Tokyo Institute of Technology will show a high-speed millimeter-wave demonstration for satellite communication at the VLSI Symposium from June 16-20 in Honolulu, Hawaii at the Hilton Hawaiian Village. The operating frequencies are in a band requiring FCC approval. All demonstrations will be held indoors at low power.
