Explanation
Please explain in the area below why an STA is necessary:
Shared Spectrum Company requests an FCC STA to demonstrate the Multi-Band Control Channel Architecture (MICCA) system at Fort Huachuca. MICCA provides a system framework and set of protocols to establish command, control, and communications links between a spectrum planning tool, called a Tactical Decision Aide (TDA), and Spectrum Dependent Systems (SDS) radios.

Purpose of Operation
Please explain the purpose of operation:  In this demonstration, a variety of radios are managed by MICCA. Most of the radios are Ettus Software Defined radios emulating various DoD and other waveforms. The radios are separated by several kilometers. The radios are both fixed or mobile. The specific channels with the 2025 MHz-2110 MHz band are flexible. At least (3) 12 MHz ENG channels are needed. Spectrum sharing among these systems along with a commercial ENG-band radio is shown.
