Explanation
Please explain in the area below why an STA is necessary:
Hermeus will be conducting a flight test of a prototype autonomous hypersonic aircraft platform, including all RF emissions necessary for safe operation of the aircraft. The test period will last no longer than 30 days and does not require the license period of a full Party 5 experimental license.

Purpose of Operation
Please explain the purpose of operation:  Hermeus will be testing the full-scope functionality of its hypersonic aircraft in flight, including all associated RF systems. These include a radar altimeter, S-band data telemetry downlink, L-band data telemetry uplink, C-band video telemetry downlink, VHF voice communication transceiver, 900 MHz backup telemetry/command bidirectional link, ADS-B beacon, and C-band radar enhancing transponder.
