Explanation
Please explain in the area below why an STA is necessary:
STA is necessary in order to utilize experimental RF video cameras in connection with the production of video for televised NBA playoff basketball games inside various NBA arenas during the period May 24, 2024 through June 24, 2024. Insufficient video bandwidth channels exist in the frequency ranges for which the applicant has an LTTS license and the subject NBA games (all being televised events) will be extremely crowded in licensed LTTS bands, especially during the periods in question. Exceptionally low transmitter power will be used, and exceptionally low power spectral density. See attached narrative.
Purpose of Operation
Please explain the purpose of operation:
Video production of televised entertainment events; NBA televised playoff basketball games for broadcast. See attached narrative.
