As explained in attach Supplemental Statement, this STA is necessary to demonstrate new technology experimentation nominations addressing innovative technologies identified by the U. S. Special Operations Command (USSOCOM). The location and scope of this demonstration exceeds the present experimental license held by GuRu

Purpose of Operation
Please explain the purpose of operation:  GuRu will demonstrate for USSOCOM at a federal test site the ability of 24 GHz wireless power transfer to provide operational power to military drones. This initial demonstration will only be indoors.
