Please explain in the area below why an STA is necessary:
Hidden Level is conducting experimental research in the area of Bi/Multi-static Radar in support of US Army. To conduct the fundamental research and demonstrate feasibility/capability to the end user, a controlled transmit source is required to simulate the signal of opportunity that will be used by the receivers. A demonstration event will occur at the Fort Irwin National Training Center that requires this transmit equipment.

Purpose of Operation
Please explain the purpose of operation:  Conduct Bi/Multi-static radar research, testing, and demonstration for the US Army. A modest power transmitter is required to simulate the over the air signal for research/development/demonstration of the capability.
