Please explain in the area below why an STA is necessary:
These systems will produce calibration radar targets. They will be deployed, on a temporary basis, for testing with a NOAA radar in Norman, OK, USA and an Oklahoma University radar in Norman, OK, USA. There will be three target generation systems. Two are ground based. One is airborne. The target generation systems will only be used in coordination with the radar systems.
