The STA is necessary for operating the necessary transmitting devices and frequencies for the developmental work and testing. This additional STA references a prior approved STA call sign WW9XIU and will be applying to include in the application the UL B3 frequency by XR20 UEs in communication with the transmitter of that prior STA.

The UL B3 frequency will be used by the Nokia XR20 UE device (of which this application is about) to communicate with the Nokia Base Stations which has already been described and approved as transmitters in previous STA (ref call sign WW9XIU, file# 2192-EX-ST-2023). The UEs will be mobile around the Cell sites radius approx 10 Km
