Explanation
Please explain in the area below why an STA is necessary:
A system that includes a close range communication network (within 2 km) is required as part of a AFWERX contract demonstration in support of US Air Force Requirements.

Purpose of Operation
Please explain the purpose of operation:  3.75 GHz - 3.8 GHz is desired. There will be four land based systems, and one system on an unmanned aerial system (UAS) that will pass timing information. The purpose is to conduct a demonstration of system performance to US Air Force. UAS will be at or below 3300 ft (l km) AGL within the boundaries inscribed by the four fixed stations.
