Explanation
Please explain in the area below why an STA is necessary:
We are using Virginia Tech Program Experimental License (PEL) Call sign WA3XDY for our experiments requiring OTA transmissions. Per CFR §15.205(a) there are restricted bands for this PEL which we need to utilize. Therefore, since our experiments are < 6 months duration, an STA is required.

Purpose of Operation
Please explain the purpose of operation:  For our experiments using VT PEL call sign WA3XDY, which is limited to our VTARC location at 900 N Glebe Rd, Arlington, VA, we will be doing indoor lab 5G network OTA testing. Transmission power will be significantly reduced for these OTA tests.
