Explanation
Please explain in the area below why an STA is necessary:
TWSTT is a USG-funded joint research project between Lynk Global, Inc. (Lynk) and the Johns Hopkins University Applied Physics Lab (JHU-APL). An STA is required because Lynk is not currently authorized to transmit at the frequencies that are required for the TWSTT research project. (Related to FCC File 1899-EX-ST-2023, by JHU-APL) See attached Narrative Statement.

Purpose of Operation
Please explain the purpose of operation:  Lynk Tower satellites 1-4 will receive TWSTT signals transmitted by a JHU-APL ground-based TWSTT modem and transmit the TWSTT signals to the ground on a second RF channel, where the signal is received by a second JHU-APL ground-based TWSTT modem. See attached Narrative Statement.
