These tests can not be implemented in an indoor chamber environment.

Purpose of Operation
Please explain the purpose of operation:  STR has been developing a capability on behalf of the government. Over the Air Capability testing with 3-foot diameter reflector antennas has been and continues to be performed locally at the STR Woburn facility. STR is required to demonstrate for the government sponsor at the end of Phase 1 the capability developed. For the Government Witnessed demonstration, STR seeks approval to operate at a local government location (either Fort Devens or Camp Edwards (Joint Base Cape Cod) with a back up at the STR Woburn facility. STR also seeks to operate over a higher instantaneous bandwidth (up to 250 MHz). The demonstration is for a series of short intervals (15-20 minutes) over 1-2 weeks.
