Explanation

Please explain in the area below why an STA is necessary: I plan to do an experiment at Camp Roberts during an upcoming JIFX day. I would like to experiment with customized frequency hopping and do not want to violate any of the restrictions in 902–928 MHz. The system may use more or less channels, and stay on one frequency for longer than .4 seconds. Its non-deterministic and I would like to have the frequency hopping rules not enforced for the experimental window.
