The United States Army has invited Huckworthy to do a demo of cellular technologies with the Silvus radio, and this demo will be done on a DoD range

Purpose of Operation
Please explain the purpose of operation:  To demonstrate the reliability of these radios to transmit over a distance Grant of the instant request for STA for the 2.2GHz, 2.3GHz and the 4.5GHz bands would serve the public interest by enabling Silvus Technologies, Inc., to demonstrate the reliability of their emission scheme as it relates to the Obscura IP Camera in a MIMO / MANET configuration. The proposed service would enable demonstration of the Streamcaster SC4200 transceiver / antenna array in a terrestrial exercise.
