Explanation
Please explain in the area below why an STA is necessary:
Amazon seeks special temporary authority to operate two experimental transmitters to transmit test signals to an earth station for the purpose of measuring the earth station antenna and its receiver system performance. The experiment needs a large separation distance for antenna far-field measurements. Amazon seeks to commence testing as soon as possible, by April 10, 2023.

Purpose of Operation
Please explain the purpose of operation:  These measurements form part of Amazon’s test program to test and evaluate technology that will enable the delivery of high-speed, innovative, satellite-delivered services to unserved and underserved customers worldwide.
