Please explain in the area below why an STA is necessary:
An STA is necessary for the temporary use at a fixed location of a Selex Rainscanner weather radar at the Miami International Autodrome, within the Hard Rock Stadium complex, Miami Gardens, Florida just prior to and during the Formula One Grand Prix race at that venue in May of this year. The same weather radar is used at other Formula One races worldwide. See attached narrative.
